UX1 is a fourth subunit of the boy group U-KISS. The members are Kevin, Hoon and Kiseop. Their debut is unknown.

1. Kiseop

Kiseop Facts:

– Kiseop was born in Seongnam City, Gyeonggi Province, South Korea.
– He officially joined U-KISS in 2009 and was included in the promotions of the song “Man Man Ha Ni.”
– He faced repeated rejections from many entertainment companies and struggled deeply, and even attempted to take his own life, but his mother helped him recover, and he was later accepted into U-KISS.
– He was in U-KISS’s “Not Young” music video before debut.
– He was a well-known ulzzang before debuting.
– He practiced Taekwondo when he was younger.
– In September 2017, he got second degree burns and got injured with several fragments in his body after a prop exploded during the shoot of the MV “Fly”. A year later, he said that he has no memory of what happened immediately after the explosion as he had lit a firecracker in a container which caused an explosion. Due to the trauma of the incident and the loud noise, he was unable to drive for a long time.
– He opened a restaurant called ‘으악생’ along with Seo Yuan (K) (ex. TST).
– He really likes grapes.
– He has Obsessive Compulsive Disorder.
– He graduated from Yatap High School and later attended Digital Seoul Culture & Arts University (Bachelor’s degree in Applied Music).
– His hobbies include driving, fashion and exercise.

– He made a guest appearance on the show “Kpop – The Ultimate Audition” along with Soohyun, Kevin, and Eli.
– He launched his own clothing line in collaboration with RDVZ (Rendezvous).

– On May 16, 2019, it was announced that his contract had ended and he departed both his agency and U-KISS. He later signed with Tango Music in January 2022.

2. Hoon

Hoon Facts:

– Hoon is the Main Vocalist and Maknae in U-Kiss.
– He was born in Namyangju, Gyeonggi-do, South Korea.
– He went to Changhyeon Elementary School and Maseok Middle School.
– He graduated from Pyeongnae High School and later attended Dongguk University where he majored in Theater and Film.
– His religion is Protestantism.
– His family consists of his parents and older brother named Hoonbi.
– His mother works as a company president.
– His hobbies include guitar, piano and working out.
– He used to be a Taekwondo athlete and entered high school as a taekwondo student but had to drop out after an injury.
– He was classmates with SNSD’s Seohyun in university and was invited to her musical “The Moon Embracing the Sun.”
– He met his now wife in 2014 through the musical “Princess Hours” and dated for eight years before getting married.
– He married Hwang Jiseon, formerly of Girls’ Day and S#afla in June 2022 and their son, Yeo Hae-gang, was born on January 2, 2024.
– He enlisted on March 18, 2019 in the Marine Corps, and was discharged in October 2020.
– He got signed under Tango Music in January 2022.
– During his trainee days, he fell victim to several debut-related scams.
– He released a solo debut in 2009 under his full name, Yeo Hoon Min, prior to joining U-KISS.

3. Kevin

Kevin Facts:

– Kevin was the Main Vocalist, Lead Dancer, Face of the Group in U-Kiss.
– He was previously a member of the group XING that debuted in 2006.
– He was born in Danville, California, USA but was raised in Los Angeles and San Francisco.
– He went to Tasaharra Elementary School and Golden View Middle School.
– He attended Monte Vista High School.
– After coming to Korea, he attended Kyungdong High School and Korea Kent Foreign School.
– His hobbies include listening to music, watching movies, reading and composing music.
– He knows how to play both the guitar and piano.
– In 2015, he appeared in the web drama “About Love: Milky Love.”
– He trained for four years before debuting.
– His specialties include playing the piano and guitar, speaking English and performing popping dance.
– He provided the singing vocals of Saja Boys’ Mystery Saja in Kpop Demon Hunters.
– He loves mint chocolate.
– His favorite anime is “Your Name”.
– He once auditioned for JYP Entertainment.
– He later signed with Japan Music Entertainment on July 22, 2018 and in October 2018, he also joined Coridel Entertainment in Korea.

– When he first learned Korean, he often spoke in informal language by accident, which caused some misunderstandings with older members.
