aoen (アオエン) is a seven-member Japanese boy group under YX LABELS. The group members consist of Yuju, Ruka, Gaku, Haku, Sota, Kyosuke, and Reo. They debuted on June 11, 2025, with the single, “青い太陽 (The Blue Sun).”

– The group was formed on the show “Oen-HIGH -Where dreams begin-.”
– The group’s name, Aeon, is made up of the words “ao” (blue) and “en” (flame)”.
– Their official greeting is “Hello. We are aoen!”
– Their fandom name ‘Aoring’ is a combination of “Ao” (blue) and the english word “ring” which means that both the group and the fans are in one circle to enjoy all things together.
– They aim to bridge Jpop and Kpop music.
– All members are former members of the trainee group 24Kumi.

Yuju Facts:

– Yuju was a part of the VOYZ BOY.
– He finished in second place during the finals in the survival show.
– His daily routine is watching anime before going to sleep.
– He wants to be a leader who can gently support everyone from behind.
– He got inspired to become a Kpop idol after watching a video of BIGBANG’s performance.
– He loves to cook and often cooks for members in the dorm.
– He said he is not very good at pulling members.
– His favorite genre in anime is dark fantasy and he has the habit of watching an anime he likes over and over again.
– He considers his bedroom as his favorite place.
– Soccer practice comes to mind when he thinks of summer and he used to go to the local summer festival on his days off and eat lots of sweets.
– His charming points are his expressive facial expressions and mole.
– His favorite sweets include shaved ice and cotton candy.
– He loves running to get stronger and keep his body in shape.

– He wanted to strengthen his upper body so he started training at the gym but realized that his body was getting bigger and bigger because he was too strict with himself and was weight training a lot so he stopped.

2. Ruka

Ruka Facts:

– Ruka previously trained at LDH’s EXPG in Miyazaki.
– He is considered the mother in aeon.
– He placed 4th in the finals.
– He is known for being a fast learner, especially when picking up choreography.

– He started passionately practicing dancing at the age of four and participated in many dance competitions, winning multiple awards in Korea and abroad.

– His daily routine is drinking black coffee in the morning.

3. Gaku

Gaku Facts:

– Gaku competed on the show &AUDITION.
– He finished in 6th place in the final.
– He is known as the ace of the group.
– If he had to describe himself in one word, it would be “honest.”
– His special talents are hip-hop, skateboarding, and dance.
– He is the best at dancing in the group.
– He likes to drink Coca-Cola alot.
– Bathroom is his favorite place in the house and singing in there makes him feel really good.
– He is known to be dedicated and once he’s interested in something, he puts in consistent effort from start to finish.
– He was part of a school relay team from first through sixth grade.
– When he was little, he has a bittersweet memory of when he was walking in the dark street to see fireflies in the Firefly Festival whilst holding his apple candy his parents bought him, he fell over scraping his knees and his candy got covered in dirt making him cry a lot. He went home without seeing the fireflies.
– He likes winter more than summer.
– He used to think he would join a dance related field since childhood.

Haku Facts:

– Haku previously competed on the show &AUDITION.
– He placed fifth in the finals.
– He is best at keeping things tidy in the dorm but at home he was the opposite and his mother would often tell him to clean his room.
– He is a fan of the group SEVENTEEN.
– His specialty is ballet.
– He started writing a diary when he became a trainee at the suggestion of his parents so that he could keep a record of his life since it’s a valuable experience.
– He said at first he used to write his anxieties and challenges in the diary but now write more positive things.
– His charming points are his expressive eyes and tall height.
– Rafting comes to his mind when he thinks of summer because he once went rafting down a river in the boat during his first year of junior highschool and had a lot of fun.
– He enjoys eating meat and potatoes, and his favorite fruit is muscat grapes.
– His Chinese zodiac sign is Rooster.
– He began learning other dance styles like hip-hop and K-pop in his first year of high school.
– His hobbies include practicing karate and watching anime.

– He was scouted during highschool and decided to become a trainee without second thoughts.
– His daily routine is watching youtube before bed.

– He watches chat videos, game commentaries and basketball game videos on youtube.
– He has a hard time waking up in the morning and doesn’t mind waking up 10 minutes before leaving.
– His hobbies include swimming, gaming, playing basketball, and sleeping.

– He considers his low and calm singing voice and mysterious atmosphere as his strengths.
– He is afraid of the sea because when he was little he visited the beach and was lying on the rock relaxing when he saw around 100 sea lice coming out.

6. Kyosuke

Kyosuke Facts:

– Kyosuke finished first place in the survival show.

Reo Facts:

– Reo is incharge of healing in aoen.
– He placed seventh in the finals.
– His Chinese zodiac sign is Pig.
– He relates to Jungkook in BTS because they are both the youngest in groups and he wants to be someone like him who can do anything well.
– His eyes and the sharp angles of his mouth are considered his most charming features.
– As a child, he dreamed of becoming a comedian.
– He is a good listener and says positive things and often gives advice to older guys.
– Members often tell him that just being around him makes them feel better.
– His role model is Jungkook from BTS.
– His daily routine is playing smartphone games and checking every single one of his fans posts before bed.
– He used to love visiting the water park in the summer as a child and would just submerge his feet under water since he didn’t know how to swim.

– He likes gummies a lot and his favorite type of gummy is one which is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.
