DV.OL(다올) is an upcoming five-member boy group that is scheduled to debut in 2024, under DS Entertainment. The group consists of Dokyun, Louis, U, Sungjun, and Sodam. They released a pre-debut single “JOURNEY” on October 25, 2023.

DV.OL Facts:

– On August 16, 2023, it was announced that the 5 members of the boy group BLANK2Y had signed under DS Entertainment.
– They were rumored to resume their activities of BLANK2Y but on October 2, 2023, the company announced that the members would be debuting in a new group and would not continue their activities as a part of BLANK2Y.
– DV.OL was initially scheduled to debut on November 26, 2023, but due to health reasons of the members, the group’s debut was postponed to December 24, 2023.
– They were about to debut with their first EP “Dreaming About Our Life” on November 26, 2023, but because of health issues, it was delayed to 2024.
– On July 2024, Louis announced through Instagram live, that the group had unofficially disbanded.

1. Dokyun

Dokyun facts:

– He has a younger sibling.
– He dislikes spicy meals.
– Dokyun was officially introduced as the eighth member of BLANK2Y.
– He is the group’s oldest member.
– He enjoys chocolate.
– He was diagnosed with acute appendicitis and had to undergo surgery and recovery on May 27th, 2022.

2. Louis

Louis Facts:

– He was born in Siheung, Gyeonggi.
– He has an older sister who was born in 1997.
– He is good at agyeo.
– His hobbies include baseball and socializing with others.
– He was a member of 1the9 and finished third on the survival show “Under 19,” from which 1the9 was founded.
– In episode 13 of “Under 19,” Louisgot was ranked eighth in terms of fashion among the 19 trainees.
– He was previously signed to A Team Entertainment. It’s unknown when he switched companies.
– He enjoys perfume and will wear one wherever he goes.
– Louis was a baseball player until he was in middle school.
– He claims to be quite competitive.
– He enjoys meat so much that he could eat it every day.

U Facts:

– Yoo Jae Suk is his role model and he was a fan of Infinite Challenge and Running Man before discovering Sixth Sense.
– He enjoys fruits and meat, particularly beef, poultry, and shellfish.
– His favorite fruits include apples, mangoes, strawberries, and tangerines.
– He is allergic to fatty pork, bell peppers, and anything fishy.
– He is considered a social butterfly and has friends in both China and Korea.
– U enjoys hip-hop dance because it allows him to dance to the beat of the song.

So Dam Facts:

– He was born in the Jeollanam-do province of Suncheon.
– Sam Choi, the founder and CEO of Keystone Entertainment, formally announced on Twitter on February 25, 2022, that Sodam was the seventh member of BLANK2Y.
– He claims that many mistake him for a picky eater when, in fact, he is an adventurous eater.
– He isn’t easily surprised or scared.
– He used to get chastised for greeting actors inside spooky places.
– He have three wishes, he would want to be successful, happy, and healthy all of the time.
– He is BLANK2Y’s youngest member.
– He is a student at Apgujeong High School.
– He is the younger twin of an identical twin brother.
– He wanted to be a soccer player before pursuing a career as a musician.
– His favorite color are all shades of blue.
– His favorite fruit is melon and watermelon.
