Sunye (선예) is a South Korean singer and missionary. She is a former member of Wonder Girls and the project group Mamadol. She debuted solo on July 26, 2022 with the mini album “Genuine.”

Early Life
– She was born in Seoul, South Korea.
– She went to Myeonmok Elementary School and Songgok Girls’ Middle School.
– She graduated from Korea Arts High School.
– Her mother passed away when she was four and she was raised by her grandparents.
Personal Life

– Her father got diagnosed with lung disease and he also had tuberculosis and was alcoholic.

– Her chair swapping incident went viral when during a stage performance that involved dancing with chairs, she checked all the members chairs and swapped her own chair with Sohee’s because it was shaking to prevent Sohee from any accidents.
