Departure from RIIZE
– XngHan left RIIZE on October 13, 2024 after toxic fans started sending funeral wreaths outside SM Entertainment and dancing in front of them, demanding he should be kicked out of the group.
– He had went in to hiatus in 2023 after his pre-debut picture with his then girlfriend went viral online and fans started demanding him to leave the group.
– After being in hiatus for a year, he returned in October 2024 and just after two days, he decided to depart from RIIZE for the sake of the group and the fans as the backlash got intense.
– Fans started to send trucks and post up banners for his return to the group and the hashtags #JusticeForSeunghan and #SMSupportBullying started trending on social media. They also started a petition on Change.org demanding his return and it quickly collected over 300,000 signs in a short period of time.
