FANTASY BOYS (판타지보이즈) is a multinational 11-member Kpop boy group that debuted on September 21, 2023 with the mini album NEW TOMORROW under PocketDol Studio.  The group was formed through Mnet’s survival show “My Teenage Boy/Fantasy Boys”. The group members consist of Minseo, K-Soul, Hanbin, Hikari, Ling Qi, Hikaru, Wooseok, Sungmin, Hyeontae, Gyurae, and Kaedan.

FANTASY BOYS Facts:

– FANTASY BOYS originally had 12 members in the final lineup but Junwon departed from the group before their debut on August 23, 2023.
– The group’s fandom name, Bandi (반디) means firefly in Korean. The meaning behind the fandom name is about being a source of light and support for the group even during challenging and dark times.
– The group is named after the survival show “Fantasy Boys”.
– Former member Yu Junwon came first on the show and Kaedan was ranked twelfth and was announced as the final member of the group.
– The survival show was hugely popular in Japan and was considered the “Top Killer Content” on Abema platform in Japan.
– The winners were selected from the 55 contestants that participated in the survival show.
– The survival show was the male version of the female survival show “My Teenage Girl.
– The company announced on October 1 that K-Soul would temporarily suspend his activities and return to China due to his father and maternal grandmother’s declining health.
– FANTASY BOYS members have the following dorm arrangements: Soul & Manager share Room 1, Sungmin, Wooseok, and Minseo stay in Room 2, Hanbin, Ling Qi, Hikaru, and Hikari occupy Room 3 and Hyuntae, Gyurae, and Kaedan reside in Room 4.
