– On June 1, 2020, K was introduced as a participant in the upcoming survival show I-LAND by CJ ENM and Big Hit Entertainment.
– In the first episode, he performed “Danger” by Taemin and successfully entered “I-LAND.”
– By the seventh episode, he secured the fifth position in global votes, allowing him to advance to Part 2 and become one of the final 12 participants.
– Unfortunately, in the final episode, he fell one place short of making it into the debut ranking and missed the opportunity to debut with ENHYPEN.
– On January 1, 2021, he was revealed as a member of &TEAM, the Global Debut Project boy group under HYBE Labels Japan.
– On June 4, 2022, he participated in the HYBE Labels Japan’s &AUDITION – The Howling -.
– He debuted with &TEAM on December 7, 2022, with the release of the mini album “First Howling: ME.”
