Loona yyxy (이달의 소녀 yyxy) is the third and final subunit of LOONA that debuted on May 30, 2018, with the mini-album Beauty & The Beat. The group members include Yves, Chuu, Gowon, and Hyeju.

– In their song “love4eva,” it is revealed that eating their individual Forbidden Fruit would result in them being expelled from Eden.
– Yves persuades Chuu and Go Won to eat their forbidden fruit and escape with her, while Hyeju, though wanting to go, is not brave enough to eat her fruit and is left behind.
– After eventually consuming her fruit and attempting to follow the others, Hyeju becomes lost and angry. Her anger stems from feeling abandoned by her friends, leading her to plan the destruction of the new dimension Yves is creating.
– The journey depicted in their story centers around the ego of youth, capturing moments of love, hurt, and personal growth in order to complete their ego. The members of Loona yyxy express that ego involves falling in love with themselves and prioritizing self-love before loving others.
