New:ID is a five-member Filipino boy group under MLD Entertainment. The group members consist of WILSON, MACKY, L, THAD, and JOM. They debuted on July 25, 2024 with the single “GHOST.”

– Their official greeting is “Star anew! What’s up? This is New:ID!”.
– The group’s name, New:ID, stands for “new identity” as they will have a new identity every comeback.
– The “ID” in the group name is inspired from Sigmund Freud’s theory of ‘Id, ego and super ego’. (Nylon Manila)

– They released the predebut single “E.R” on September 22, 2023.

1. THAD

THAD Facts:

– THAD initially joined Dream Maker for clout so he could have something to post about on Instagram. (JinHo Bae)
– The hardest part of training for him was being without a phone.
– He considers dancing as his skill.
– He is considered the scaredy cat in the group. (Billboard Philippines)
– He was very shy as a kid.

– The hardest part of training for him was dance practice as he didn’t have a passion for dance at the start.
– He would like to live as Jom for a day because he wants to get as good at dancing and rapping.
– He likes Pop and R&B music.
