SEVENTOEIGHT Profile & Facts

SEVENTOEIGHT  is a six-member Taiwanese-Korean boy group under TEN Entertainment. The group members consist of Chiwen, D’om, Meixiang, Hsuehchun, Jagger, and  Eexiang. They debuted on July 28, 2025 with the single “SevenToEight”.

SEVENTOEIGHT Facts:

– The group is named “SEVENTOEIGHT” because the number 7 means lucky while number 8 represents infinity. Also, the sum of “728” symbolizes strength and determination.
– SEVENTOEIGHT final lineup was formed on the Taiwanese-Korean survival show ‘SCOOL’ which consisted of 42 contestants.
– Jinwoo left the group before their debut on June 20, 2025.

1. Chiwen

Chiwen Facts:

– Chiwen was born in Taichung, Taiwan.
– He ranked first on the survival show SCOOL.
– He went to Yining High School and graduated from  City University of Science and Technology (TPCU).
– He is passionate about singing and dancing.
– He appeared in a FILA commercial along with Ziyi and GENBLUE.
– He has an introverted personality but is talkative when he is comfortable.
– He smiles with his eyes.
– He debuted in the group “All In 5” but left it due to personal reasons in December 2023.
– He is scared of heights.
– He was a trainee under Rock Records (2021-2023).
– In 2021, he ranked 2nd on the survival show “Be The One”.
– He was formerly unknown as Kayden.
– He likes nail polishes, especially black.
– His Chinese zodiac sign is Dragon.
– His resolution on the show was “I don’t have natural talent, but I want to give it a try. What happens when an ordinary person has a dream?”

M Facts:

– MeiXiang was born in Taiwan.

– He was the only Malaysian contestant on SCOOL.

4. Kyojun

Kyojun Facts:

– Kyojun was born in Taipei City, Taiwan.
– He ranked 4th on the show.
– He started getting into track and field in the fourth year of elementary school.
– He started training four months before participating on SCOOL.
– He can play the electric guitar.
– He has a pet dog.
– He is a  track and field athlete and has won multiple gold medals including in competitions like 100m and 4x400m relay events.
– He decided to give up being an athlete when he was given an opportunity to train at an entertainment company through SNS but he couldn’t sign the contract because of his parents’ opposition.
– His resolution in the survival show was  “Although I started late, I will do my best! I will become an exceptional idol with a great mindset, attitude, and skills.”

5. Jagger

Jagger Facts: 

– Jagger ranked 5th on the show.
– He used to be a topper in school.
