Career

– Kibum was the lead rapper, sub-vocalist, and face of the group in Super Junior.
– In 2002, an SM agent discovered him and recommended him to audition for the Starlight Casting System by SM Entertainment.
– He was known as Super Junior’s cover boy and was often positioned at the front in group photoshoots.
– On April 21, 2004, he made his acting debut in the KBS drama “April Kiss.”
– He appeared on the 291st episode of the MBC show “King of Masked Singer.”
– He has appeared in many dramas including “Lucky Tianbao”, “I Love Lee Tae Ri” and “The Demi-Gods and Semi-Devils”.
– He appeared in the films “Jumunjin” (2010) and “My Kitchen Lover” (2017)
– In 2009, he left the grouop to pursue his acting career and departed from SM Entertainment on August 18, 2015.
– On January 13, 2022, PA Entertainment announced Kibum’s exclusive contract. However, on May 2, it was announced that he had departed from the agency.
