Hearts2Hearts (하츠투하츠) / H2H, is an eight-member Kpop girl group under SM Entertainment. The group members consist of Stella, Juun, A-na, Ian, Jiwoo, Carmen, Yuha, and Ye-on. They made their debut on February 24, 2025, with the single album, “The Chase.”

– The group’s name, Hearts2Hearts, means they will connect with their fans all over the world with their unique and heartfelt music and move forward together as “Us”.
– It is the first girl group launched by SM after 5 years since aespa.
– The girl group’s name was rumored to “GUSMI” and “WICHU” since SM had trademarked them but turned out it was for other purposes.
– It is the first SM group to have an Indonesian member in the lineup.
– All Hearts2Hearts members were secret trainees similar to EXO and f(x).
– The members were revealed with a VCR at the SMTOWN LIVE 2025 in January 2025.
– The group was formerly known as SMNGG (SM New Girl Group).
– There were a total of 21 trainees in the SM showcase evaluation held privately on March 14th, 2023, out of which 8 trainees were be selected in the final lineup of Hearts2Hearts.

Jiwoo Facts:

– Jiwoo was born in Gangdong-gu, Seoul, South Korea.
– She transferred from Seoul Myogok Elementary School and graduated from Seoul Daemyung Elementary School.
– She attended Hanyoung Middle School but later transferred.
– She used to practice ballet and was a ballerina.
– She was scouted on the street in the 6th grade of elementary school when she was outside the convenience store.
– She looks similar to STAYC’s Isa and NMIXX’s Bae.
– She was a long term trainee under SM like Jooeun.

Carmen Facts:

– Carmen was born in Bali, Indonesia.
– She joined SM Entertainment in 2022.
