tripleS (트리플에스/トリプルS), also known as SSS or Social Sonyo Seoul, is a twenty-four-member Kpop girl group under MODHAUS. The group’s currently revealed members are Kim Yooyeon, Mayu, Gong Yubin, Lee Jiwoo, Kaede, Xinyu, Kim Nakyoung, Park Sohyun, Seo Dahyun, Nien, Yoon Seoyeon, Lynn, Park Shion, Jeong Hyerin, Kotone, Kim Chaeyeon, Kim Soomin, Kwak Yeonji, Joo Bin, and Jeong Hayeon. The group first debuted with ten members on February 13, 2023, with the mini album ‘ASSEMBLE’.

tripleS Facts:

– tripleS was introduced to the public in April 2022 through a pre-debut project and the company started revealing each member gradually.
– It aspires to be recognized as “The idol of all possibilities,” and the group wants to become the world’s first decentralized K-pop idol group.
– The group’s name “TripleS” conveys the idea that small ‘S’s come together to form one big ‘S.’ Each ‘S’ represents “Social, Sonyo, Seoul,” emphasizing the group’s focus on being social, connecting with the audience, and showcasing their identity as idols from Seoul.

– The unique feature of the group is that they the members rotate between the main group, sub-units, and solo activities.
– Fans play a crucial role in the decision-making of the sub-units formations and content through NFT photo cards named “objekts.”
– Each member of tripleS possesses a special ability marked by the letter ‘S,’ and collectively, they showcase their talents in the evolving “Dimension,” which introduces new concepts each season and comeback.

Subunits

– The group has launched seven subunits, Acid Angel from Asia, +(KR)ystal Eyes, Acid Eyes, LOVElution, EVOLution, NXT, and Aria.
– The group, tripleS, debuted with the first ten members revealed then all members were divided into subunits, some debuting in multiple subunits.
– The subunit ‘Acid Eyes’ was formed by combining the members of the subunits, +(KR)ystal Eyes and Acid Angel from Asia (AAA).
– Later through fans voting, all the then revealed sixteen members were divided into two big subunits, LOVElution, and EVOLution.

Major Works
