CLASS:y Members Profile & Facts

CLASS:y (클라씨) is a seven-member Kpop girl group under M25 and Universal Music Japan. The group members consist of Hyungseo, Chaewon, Hyeju, Riwon, Jimin, Boeun and Seonyou. They debuted on May 5, 2022 with the mini album ‘Class Is Over.’ The group was formed on the survival show ‘My Teenage Girl’.

– CLASS:y was formed on the survival show ‘My Teenage Girl’ in February 2022.
– The rank of the members in the final episode of ‘My Teenage Girl’: Jimin (1st), Seonyou (2nd), Hyungseo (3rd), Hyeju (4th), Riwon (5th), Boeun (6th) and Chaewon (7th).
– The group’s name, CLASS:y, was suggested by the viewers of the survival show and it is a combination of ‘classy’ charms of the members and the survival show’s school themed concept.
– The group uses an acrylic lightstick and doesn’t have an official lightstick yet.
– The members have the following dorm arrangements: Hyungseo has her own room, Chaewon and Hyeju are roommates and Riwon, Jimin, Boeun, and Seonyou share one room.
– They aim to rank on the Billboard charts.
– CLASS:y participated in the survival shows ‘Dancing Dol Stage’ and ‘The Next – Battle of The K-Pop Girl Groups’.
– They made their Japanese debut in June 2022.
