PENTAGON (펜타곤) is a South Korean 8-member Kpop boy group under CUBE Entertainment. The group members consist of Hui, Jinho, Hongseok, Shinwon, Yanan, Yeo One, Yuto, Kino, and Wooseok. They debuted on October 10, 2016, with the album ‘Pentagon’.

PENTAGON Facts:

– The group was created via survival show of Mnet known as “Pentagon Maker”.
– The name “PENTAGON” represents the five elements; vocal/rap, dance, teamwork, talent, and mind.
– It was initially a 10 member boy group.
– E’Dawn, Shinwon, and Yan An were eliminated in the show but the company announced on September 30, 3016, that the group will be debuting with eliminated members as well.
– They announced their fandom name “Universe” on March 7, 2017.
– Their third mini album “Ceremony” had a song “Beautiful” which was produced by BTOB’s Jung IlHoon.
– E’Dawn left the group on November 14, 2018, following his contract termination.
– It was announced on October 9, 2023, that Yeo One, Yanan, Kino, Yuto, and Wooseok’s contract has expired and they have planned to not renew the contract. However, they are still the members of the group.

– Their most popular songs include “Shine”, “Daisy”, and “Feelin’ Like”.
